This agreement applies to companies, studios, recruiters, and individuals seeking talent.

Permitted use

Talent seekers may:

• Search, view, and shortlist talent profiles
• Contact talent for genuine job or project opportunities

Prohibited use

Talent seekers must not:

• Share, sell, scrape, or misuse talent data
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or exploitative opportunities
• Contact talent for spam, promotions, or non-professional purposes

Hiring responsibility

All employment discussions, contracts, payments, and legal obligations are handled directly between the talent seeker and the talent. OptForJob is not responsible for:

• Contract enforcement
• Payment disputes
• Project outcomes

Confidentiality

All talent information accessed through OptForJob must be treated as confidential and used only for legitimate hiring purposes.
